Our Story
Ripley Builders is a family-run business based in Kent. We are not a large firm, and that is entirely by design. By taking on a considered number of projects at any one time, we ensure that every home receives the craftsmanship and personal attention it deserves.
Over the years, we have had the privilege of helping homeowners across Kent add space, improve their properties, and make the very most of what they have, all without the disruption and uncertainty that building work can sometimes bring. We believe that comes down to clear communication, honest pricing, and a genuine pride in the finished result.
When you choose Ripley Builders, you are not passed to a salesperson or a coordinator you will never meet on site. You deal directly with us, the people who will be carrying out your work from start to finish.
We also offer a complete in-house design service. If your project requires drawings, whether for planning permission or building regulations, our designers can visit your property following the initial survey and produce everything that is needed. You do not need to source a separate architect or manage multiple contractors. We are a genuine one-stop shop, from the first conversation through to the finished build.

Robert Ripley
Robert is a qualified carpenter with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. His trade background instils a meticulous eye for detail that runs through every project Ripley Builders undertakes, from the structural elements right through to the finishing touches that make a home feel truly complete.
Operations Manager
Ben Ripley
Ben brings considerable experience from his background as a Site Manager for a Tier 1 construction company in London. Having managed large-scale, complex projects at the highest level, he brings a rigorous approach to planning, coordination, and quality control that benefits every client we work with.
